Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with our room and were told we would need to move rooms. A staff member met us at our room with our new keys and told us we could turn in our old keys in the morning. This allowed us to continue on with our plans for the night instead of spending time moving immediately. The view from both rooms was simply amazing. Even though we earned several free nights at the casinos, we would rather come back here on our next trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable beds. There is coffee, tea and hot chocolate but no breakfast on site. But we went to Heidi's next door and that was good. It looked like all rooms have the lake view.

I'm sure there are nice units here...room 226 is not one of them. $300 for a two bedroom unit on the beach with a balcony and a lakeview is okay to pay...but again, that does not describe room 226. Your view will be more of the pool and lodge building than lake and you can't stand up in the second bedroom...or close the curtains because there aren't any on the windows. We had to stuff pillows in the windows and pile blankets in front of them to block the light. Also, be aware there is no air conditioning. And to top it all, there wasn't even a spatula in the kitchen. Suffice it to say, we were very disappointed.

Right when we walked in the doorway the receptionist was as sweet as candy. When we got up on the 4th floor, we went straight out to the deck and looked at our view. The view was like an A+ on a test. My family and I will definitely go back and visit again.

Wonderful Lake Tahoe lakeshore location. Friendly staff. In process of maintenence now, probably need more updating to make it a great place....
