Great AZ State Park to take the family to and truly disconnect. The lake was great and not crowded at all. Our family stayed in one of the 8 cabins. My only compliant is that the wall unit AC was a tad noisier than I would have preferred. Everything was clean and easy to access. The facilities had good water pressure and the water in the shower was nice and hot. There is also plenty of RV spots with water and electric.  Some of them had sewage hook ups as well. For the spots without sewage, the park has a dump station. Make sure you bring everything you think that you'll need. St John's is the closest town and it is small and quaint with a Dollar General and an Ace HW that doubles as a grocery store.

If you like high desert you'll love Lyman lake. I have camped there many many times. The place is peaceful, clean and serene, The camp hosts are always helpful and polite. It's a great place if you enjoy relaxing and taking it easy. Will be going there again this year.
