If I could 0 stars, I would. DO NOT come here. The customer service terrible (I work in customer service so I’m aware on how it’s supposed to be dealt with.) they are rude and very creepy. The pictures they have posted here look nothing like the room. We had room 101, walked in and saw a giant stain on the carpet. We went right back to the office and got a refund, though they still charged my mother even though she canceled her reservation with them. We instead went to the la Quinta by the Tennessee airport. It was amazing!

My family of four decided to visit in a staycation for one night and were pleased but not to the level of five stars.

We simply wanted a night out away from home, and this property delivered that.

I stopped in at 1045 and checked to see if they had availability, and they quoted an acceptable rate. As I left, I asked about discounts, since I hold AARP membership. The gentleman said no discounts.

We returned shortly after three to check in, a different person was there, and I told her, at her request, what rate we had been quoted and she beat it by $5.

The room was neat, clean.  The TV appeared to be full direct as opposed to the cheap, abbreviated version so often found in motels.

There was only one chair, which was a captains chair on wheels, and I'm not tubby, but it was a tight fit for me.

The microwave could be placed better due to the fact that it is hard to use being low, under the TV.  

I wished I had taken either a ping pong or golf ball with me for the sink, since the stopper mechanism wasn't working properly.  

The iron did get hot, but there was no ironing board present.  

Within moments of checking in, we notified the front desk the ice machine was inoperable. It was still that way before checking out the following morning.

Also, if you are looking for a laundry facility, the guest laundry has vanished, having been located next to the inoperable ice machine.

The complimentary breakfast is passable. Two types of cereal, two juices, coffee, two types of bread for toast, grape jelly and muffins.  A sign states that it must be consumed there, and no take outs.

Over all, a good but not great stay, a reminder that you get what you pay for.

Very pleased. My family and I visited Memphis for a overnight stay.  The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.  The room was a double and it also had a futon in it.  The room was clean and smelled fresh.  I am very OCD and the room was clean.  Nice pool and clean property.  Would highly recommend.

It is too dirty. Non smoking room smells like a smoking room. Mold present. One morning after I eating breakfast, I noticed a Memphis police team executing a warrant. I didn't stick around to see the outcome. Last day there, before checking out, I ran into a you woman who had her car broken into and tools stolen over the previous nights.
