This is the worst Mcd I have been to. We got the spicy chicken sandwich. First of all, this was over priced. The chicken was so dry and old. The sauce was barely there. This was an almost 5 dollar and was a waste of money. PLUS, they messed up my coffee order. Forgot all sorts of things. WORST store. Don't go!!!
The only reason I go to McDonald's is for their coffee and apple pie. But that's hardly ever because most, if not all McDonald's I've gone to have terrible service and the people that work at McDonald's have the worst attitude and work habits. Plus my fiance and I eat healthy for the most part. However my fiance likes McDonald's Fish Filet because they make them with Wild Cod. So on Sunday June 12, 2022 at 12:30 in the afternoon we went to The McDonald's on 3325 Daniels rd. in Winter Gardens. AMAZING!!! I couldn't believe the quick and professional service we received. NO complaining, no attitude or WHINING from the McDonald's staff whatsoever consisting of Latinos and Caucasians. The Fish Filet was perfect, fries, perfect and after we ate as we were leaving I had to have an apple pie. So I order two. As the young man at the register was handing me the receipt and young lady says outloud, "Two apple pies". The young man and I look at each other and immediately start laughing like "Wow... that was amazing and ridiculously quick." The pies were hit, Hot fresh and just... GREAT! I want to thank you for sending my fiance and I home smiling. Definitely going again just for the smile.
Frequent this location often and just went here last night because we were craving a milkshake. Got what supposed to be a large but looked like a medium. My partner loves whip cream and after eating the the whip cream we noticed our shake wasn't even full to the top and it was mostly whip cream. So disappointing to have paid almost 4 bucks for a half milkshake and half whip cream. I have pics to show just in case.
The manager at the drive through window, didn’t get his name but he has brown hair and wore glasses. He was extremely rude and when we said that we had also ordered a coffee he snatched the receipt out of my husbands hand and kept asking if what was on it was what we ordered. I kept asking for it and he just kept saying if what was on it was what we ordered in a very rude and condescending tone. This is literally the second time I have been here that he has been extremely rude and condescending for no reason at all. I’m not one to normally complain or leave a bad review but to go through the same thing twice really makes me want to never go to this location again. My husband and I both understand how stressful and hard this job can be, especially since he worked closing shift at this location for years.
I ordered and paid on the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. When i get to the first window the cashier tells my that my order didn't process and i had to pay again at the window. Nothing on my side of the order said anything about the sale not going through. I even had a digital receipt. She called the manager over who was extremely brash about the whole situation. I finally just decided to pay again it was just $8, but I'll be keeping my eye on my account to make sure I'm not hit twice. I wish i had got the managers name, she needs a remedial course in conflict de-escalation. Dietary restrictions: They had no issues accommodating my no carb order
I am currently trapped in the drive thru. Have been here for over 40 minutes. Can't get out. Line not moving. Send help.
It's was 9pm on a Thursday night. Drive thru was busy so we went inside and used the kiosk. Couldn't pay at the kiosk so printed my tickets and walked to the register. Stood there for almost 5 min, with no one in front of me, before someone came over to help. Food arrived fairly quickly. We quickly went back to my car and left. I ordered 2 Filet O'Fish sandwiches, not the meal. First fish sandwich had maybe a Tablespoon of tartar sauce. I usually ask for extra, so that was my fault. The second sandwich had zero tartar sauce on it at all! Nothing but fish, cheese, and bun. Very dry. I've been so busy, but that sandwich is sitting in my fridge. Hopefully, I can get back there to get a new sandwich. I should have checked the order immediately, but who ever actually opens the sandwich to check for correctness.
Do not go through the drive through. They’ve screwed up my last 2 orders. If I have to look through my bag to make sure you correctly fulfilled my very simple order I’m just not coming back. Frustrating
The food is typical, consistent McDonald's food. The customer service is fantastic. Even when they get busy they try to help and remain attentive.Service: 5/5
Just got back from the drive-thru. I ordered a McFlurry and I was given it in a small cup. This is clearly not the regular size probably half the size of a McFlurry. When I asked the person at the window, her response was “well, I don’t know. I don’t make them.” And then proceeded to give me attitude and complain about me to her co-workers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I won’t be going back. Ever.
