An opulent car dealership with incredible cars!

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

I just left a voicemail for the General Manager, Steve Rudkin. This is getting beyond ridiculous. The issue when we purchased the car last month, as I spoke to your sales person and I quote “All this car needed in his opinion is new tint, because of the age of the car the tint had become cloudy.” He also stated “ That he knew the previous owner of the car and when receiving it on trade the dealership had done all the necessary repairs and maintenance in excess of $20,000.00” was the number he gave me. We went and looked at the car, test drove it, after getting through financing I went to take delivery of the car and as noted we are missing the front passenger floor mat along with again being reassured tint was the only thing the car needed, Jason and I have spoken about this many times and somehow it got misplaced. After bringing the car home and taking it to the high end exotic tint shop, they informed me that the tint was not the issue however it was the double paned windows were all leaking. I informed Jason about this immediately, he explained to me that it was the end of the month and that your dealership was moving and that he would need to get the general manger involved quickly after the 1st of the year. We are now in the middle of the month and I have still yet to hear anything from anyone. My attorney is CC’ed on this email as we are looking for some resolution to this issue as soon as possible. 

This is the above email I sent the general manager to try and get my issue with my Bentley fixed the problem has continued with no communication on there behalf at all.

My husband and I have been purchasing various automobiles from this dealership since 2005 approximately.  This is not limited only to Rolls Royce, but also Jaguar and Bentley.  They own more than one dealership and when we are interested in a car, they simply truck one in from wherever it is available.  Approximately a year ago we had an incident where our new Rolls Royce Ghost was disabled.  The dealership sent a driver and another Ghost to pick us up and bring us home as well as a flatbed for our Ghost.  They can always be contacted and they are sympathetic and responsive to any questions or problems that we have.  Personally we would not think of purchasing a car unless we were able to purchase it from this dealership.  Additionally, we have developed an excellent rapport with one particular sales representative for almost this entire time.  Mike Burger is always available to help us.  We love the fact that this dealership retains their employees for such a long period of time.

I worked with Michael Burger at Newport European and purchased a new Rolls Royce.  The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding.  Nothing short of what you might expect from a first class dealership.  They did everything possible to accommodate the timing of my purchase, the best value, and even the best delivery!  I love cars and have had multiple experiences in purchasing them over the years- this has by far been one of the best.
