I just bought a 2018 BMW M2 from BMW Irvine dealership with the help of Brandon Kim.  I was very impressed with Brandon's responsiveness during the entire purchase process.  The M2 is a limited production car and has to be ordered to get the exact color and options that I wanted.  Brandon took care of everything until the car is ready to be picked up.  All I had to do was show up, signed the paperwork, and drove the car home in less than an hour.  I was surprised buying a car would be this quick, simple, and enjoyable.  So I gave a 5 stars for this review.  If you are Looking to buy a BMW I highly recommend that you reach out to Brandon for assistance.

Just want to say that Irvine BMW is a fantastic dealership. Just got my 3rd car from Renzo Montoya.  He made the whole car buying process very smooth and painless.  I really appreciate the follow-up communication to make sure everything is running smoothly. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a car at Irvine BMW

Just purchased a new BMW from the Irvine BMW dealership with the help from Brandon Kim.   Brandon is very responsive answering my questions via email and phone text.   I had a great purchase experience because Brandon made it quick and simple.   So I gave it a 5 star.

If you go to BMW Irvine, ask for Ketan Patel. He was awesome to work with and there was no pressure at all. I will recommend him to all my friends.  He's a really good guy. Not a typical sales man at all!

I leased a 330e from Irvine BMW. ketan, my sales advisor, helped walk me through the entire process, from finding the right car and options to delivering my car. He even stayed well passed his scheduled time to help facilitate the transaction. I especially valued his knowledge and frank disclosures. He truly helped guide the process, making the experience much less cumbersome. Looking forward to our next lease, an M series, in the coming years.  Thanks Ketan for your help.
