Highly recommended. Went here to purchase a car, first met Luis. He was a great guy, very polite and made us feel welcome. Then B.J. assisted us with the test drive and deal. SOLID guy from beginning to end,  very honest, upfront about the process and from test drive to driving home was TWO HOURS. Yes, 2 hours. NEVER in my life have I been able to buy a car that fast. Got a screaming deal on a beautiful car and left there knowing for certain that I would be back here one day.

Worse Customer Service Ever, If you are from out of town and want to buy a car there, it's almost impossible. I found a car I liked and they were quick to send me a video of the car. After I made an offer on the car, I never heard back and had to follow up myself 2 days later. 

Finally after agreeing on a price, I ended up talking to Luis M. He is so rude and makes no effort to try to sell you the car. Of course he tried to add additional fees that was part of the price I was originally given. The deal fell through. 
I got a call a day from Alex (product specialist) later and they agreed to give it to me of the price we agreed on and I agreed to buy it. However, they won't take a deposit or let me pay for it online or over the phone. We agreed that I'd fly down on Saturday to pick up the car, and they won't pick you up they tell you to Uber or figure it out in their own word. 

anyhow, once we agreed on everything, I was told let me call you back in 15min....2 hours goes buy nothing, I call back and I was told "sorry I got caught up, let me call you right back just finalizing the last piece of the deal. YOU REALLY have to chase them to actually buy a car.

Finally at 5pm, I tried again and I was told "oh we sold the car to someone else today, sorry" 

again, worse dealership for internet or online sales, don't bother buy a car from them unless you are there in person and willing to deal with rudeness and chasing them around.

The costumer service at Livermore Honda is OUTSTANDING!! Thank you Mike and Aaron so much for going above and beyond to put me in my beautiful champagne color Honda Accord Sport Edition😊

Helping my sister in-law but a car. This place was super accommodating. Not just the sales person she was working with. But everyone we met. Not to use the dirty word, however we were treated more like a Lexus dealership. They found the car she wanted at the price she wanted even got here the financing she wanted. A+ Livermore Honda.
