My past experience with T-Mobile have not always been so great but today is the exception the manager Victor was wonderful and the representative Quoc was exceptional. Both were patiently working with my long and complicated issue. I'm very grateful they help us out.

The workers here are usually very nice and try to be as helpful as possible. Now, the reason I'm giving this location two stars is because of ONE employee who just gave me a whole bunch of misinformation which bolted my account almost $100 when she said that I would be getting two lines for free which was absolutely NOT TRUE. When I went to see what was up another employee tried to help me out but in the end it was no, that's not the deal Yada Yada. So, I had to call where the promotion was properly explained after EXPECTATIONS HAD ALREADY been set. They were unwilling to budge to help with anything in the call center. Sad, because I really liked TMobile but this experience has already soured my experience. They have cool deals and all BUT they'll screw you over the first chance they get.

They should change their business hrs. I've been here couple of times early in the morning and they never open on time.

The employees are always helpful and I've never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want. They always have good deals and phone service.

T-mobile is my provider, with that said, I live in Racine WI and this is were I signed up for service and to be clear, I still like t-mobile it's just this particular location treated me badly. I'm in Houston on business and decided to stop in the store which was right across the street from my hotel to look at iPads. I stepped in the store and I wasn't greeted even though the store wasn't busy, I walk around the store twice and was never asked if I could be helped. As I was leaving a older Latin lady entered (I'm black and so is my friend who also was never approached or greeted) she was immediately greeted and approached by staff to be placed on a list. My treatment today may have been an aberration however it did happen to both me and my friend therefore I am concerned.
