I had a wonderful experience buying my first new car here. Jake Davis was so professional when I was going through the process of figuring out which vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I had been in contact with many dealerships but Jake was the only representative that was courteous and not just trying to sell me a car as soon as he could. Once we decided on the car and price, Alex was my salesperson. He was so friendly and patient, and again, I didn’t feel like just a number. The man we dealt with in finance (whose name I can’t remember) was equally nice. My car is perfect and I’m so glad I went through this dealership. The warranty and everything that comes with it made me feel confident with my purchase. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and although I won’t need another car for a very long time (perks of buying a Toyota!), I’ll be back here for it. Thank you Alex!

Great prices, Friendly Staff. Made sure I knew everything about my Car. Got to know us on a personal level. Getting to know us and not making it all about buying a car. I would recommend buying from North Georgia Toyota. They went out of there way to make our experience Great. Thank you for everyone that helped us.

The group of Professionals at North Georgia Toyota have gone over and beyond to make my new car buying experience enjoyable and simple. My Salesman Roger made sure I got the exact car I wanted, and I love my new 2018 Camry. It was a pleasure working with Roger along with Martin in the Business office who made my financing a very simple transaction. This dealership as a whole was exemplary in their customer service and follow-up. I appreciate working with good honest people. Thank you for a terrific experience all the way around!

Okay, I didn't go but my husband did and he bought me a 2015 Honda Accord Sport from them. From what my husband told me, they treated him very good, their service was great and they made sure he was very happy with the vehicle. I believe the salesman name was Jesse Carrillo. My husband said he was very cool guy, very helpful and friendly. Wish my husband would do a review but he's a man of Very Few words and won't take the time to do it, but he thought they were awesome. Went above and beyond. So we'll be returning customers.
By the way I fall in love with my car more and more everyday! Was a great surprise coming home to my new car. Black, 6 Speed, sexy!

Alex and the North Georgia Team provide personalized sales assistance; which is rare these days.  Alex greeted us by name as we exited our car when we first arrived at the dealership.  He had the Highlander XLE we were interested in pulled up front ready for us to test drive.  He was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs.  Alex made our car buying experience pleasant, informative and efficient.  We were made to feel important by Alex, Jake, Destiny, and Stephen who stayed after they closed to complete our sale and send us home with our new 2018 Highlander XLE.  Thanks Alex and the North Georgia Toyota team.
