Reviews

This dealership lied to me to get a sale and then will not make things right. They promised me something in order to get me to make to purchase and then said they could not do it. I did a negative review and their response was for me to call to fix. I called and someone spoke with me and promised to call the next day with a solution. Been a week. No call. The response I get when I complete this review is a generic response asking me to call the GM. I did that. No help, no response, no solution. Have contacted Better Business Bureau and the dealership won't even respond to them!!!!

I had GREAT service today from Jason and Janet in the service department!! They handled all of my issues and got me in and out super fast. I will for sure bring my Suburban back for service.

Great customer service, and not pushy to make a sale. My wife and I recently found out that our family of four was going to become a family of five which meant our 4Runner wasn't going to be big enough to handle two car seats and a booster seat in the back. We decided we wanted a Tahoe, and after searching around online, we found a few that matched what we were looking for, and to our surprise, one of them was located less than five minutes from home in Canton, GA. Shortly after arriving at Bill Holt Chevrolet, we were greeted by Payton. We explained to him we were looking, but would only buy if it made sense. We still had at least six months to get a vehicle at this point. He quickly escorted us via golf cart to the Tahoe we were looking at online, and talked us through all the equipment on the vehicle. We agreed to let them look at our vehicle for trade-in value while we took theirs for a test drive, and by the time we returned we decided we would definitely buy, again, as long as the deal made sense. Payton was very reasonable, and came back with a great offer. A couple of small adjustments later, and were were signing paperwork and handing over our keys. From the time we arrived to the time we left, this was a great experience, and we would highly recommend Payton to anyone looking to buy a new or used Chevy or GMC in Canton or anywhere else nearby.

Such a great place and amazing people that work here. Whether you need parts, service or looking to buy a car, you will get someone that is knowledgeable and cares about you needs. Highly recommend to anyone.

The experience was wonderful.  We were there a few hours in between picking out the perfect vehicle, negotiating the price, financing and walking away with the vehicle.
It was the best vehicle experience that we've ever had.  We didn't feel like we were being dragged through the mud. I would highly recommend Sales Rep Steve ! He was just so easy to work with and didn't act like a used car salesman.
