I had an amazing experience purchasing at Palmer! Definitely the quickest in and out for car buying I have ever experienced. 
Kurt was fantastic! I never felt like I was in the middle of a business deal. Not to say he was not professional, as he most certainly was, however I felt like I was hanging out with a friend which is a huge plus! 
Not only was the experience great, but I drove home a gorgeous new Wrangler at an excellent price! 
Will absolutely be referring everyone I can to Kurt! Perhaps I'll even put his personal "buy from Kurt" web address on the bumper so everyone on the trails, talking about the awesome, purple Jeep knows where to go to get their own! 
Let me not forget to mention Richard in financing - he was quick and a delight to work with. Everyone at Palmer was friendly, laid back, and personable!

Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Kurt, the sales rep, was attentive and responsive. He listened to what we want and didn't try to upsale or coerce us into going in a different direction. We ordered a car and he very patiently kept is updated on the delivery process and ensured that always knew what was going on. When it came top signing documents, the finance department was equally respectful and efficient.

RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE!! I spoke with Eric about a used vehicle they had listed. I showed him a brand new vehicle of the same specifications that was only two thousand more at another dealership. I asked for the best price on the vehicle and why was the pricing so close? The best price was hardly different. I told Eric I was not interested at that price and I ended our communications. Eric then sends me repeated emails wanting to know about the other vehicle. So, again,  I explained everything to him. He then tells me to stop wasting his time and just go buy one elsewhere. Are you serious? We were done speaking and I had moved on. You then contact me repeatedly and then tell ME to stop wasting YOUR time? If you can't meet a specific offer, that's fine. No hard feelings. But to keep contacting me and then be that rude!? The level of unprofessional conduct with this guy is ridiculous. I have been in sales for over 10 years and to tell an interested party to just go buy one elsewhere? This place is laughable. For anyone reading this, please do what I should have done, and Google this guy. He is mentioned by name in numerous Challenger forums, Viper forums, and Dodge truck forums. It seems this person is problem. If you do business with this company, AVOID THIS CLOWN AT ALL COSTS.

After looking for the perfect used car, I found it a Palmer's. We drove 4 hours, without calling ahead and I walked on the lot and instantly found the car I'd been researching. Joseph immediately introduced himself and I was on a test drive within 10 minutes.

After the drive, we left and were not pressured in any way. We came back later and, with very little negotiation, I got the car I'd been looking for; a great experience from start to finish.

I had the absolute best experience purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership and I can't recommend them enough. The entire process was seamless. I got an incredible amount of one on one attention from my salesman, Mike Gebhardt, who made the process unbelievably pleasant.  His knowledge and kindness have been unmatched. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't call Mike or his team! Thanks again for my beautiful new jeep!!!!
