Basically clean location, smells a bit like a clean bathroom though, which is not pleasant. Room was great, maybe it could be modernized a bit. Beachfront is amazing though and the sound of the ocean is the best. Definitely would recommend to stay at this location.

Our one day adventure we checked in at 4pm checked out at 11 am. All the reviews I read before going made me afraid of what I had gotten myself into. Staff friendly and more willing to help. My room I loved our room we were in 302 Oceanfront it was just what we needed. Clean room quiet atmosphere. We didn't get to use the pool or sauna but I really enjoyed my stay.

Every single faucet in the room leaked. There was only hot water for 10 minutes before it turned ice cold. It took several hours to become even slightly warm again. Very cramped room.  The whole floor smelled of smoke. The elevator system was horrible. We waited for at least 10 minutes every single time plus the parking garage elevator was old, creaking and took even longer. 
Don’t expect the security guard to stop public indecency he will just turn around and walk away letting it continue. The breakfast buffet was tasteless, very few food options and not worth the money. Will not be returning to this facility.

Really like this place, rooms are spacious and views are amazing. Not sure you could be disappointed. Not a 5 star establishment but I could definitely live here forever.

Stayed in room 1803. The room was very nice and clean but I slowly noticed that lots of things were patched together. As an example grout was missing and the dishwasher was rigged to the disposal with crimped hoses. I reported it and it was "addressed." They temporarily fixed it for about a week, but no permanent fix was applied. That all said, it is clean, comfy, and hospitable. I would stay again.
