The front desk staff were friendly and customer service oriented. I really appreciated how Dustin, front desk rep dealt with my check in. Right away, I felt at ease that I had selected a good place to stay for our family. Cleaning Team were right on point displaying courtesy and friendliness at the same time being right on point with housekeeping. Although, the carpet could have had spot cleaning done but this didn't deter me from giving my stay 5 stars. The floor I stayed on was quiet, peaceful and I enjoyed being able to relax. Looking forward to my next visit at this location.

Very nice place to stay. Room was very clean the towels and wash rags where clean. The beds where clean and very comfortable the front desk was very nice and helpful. The kitchen was nice and had every thing you needed to cook. And had plates cups and glasses. I would recommend anyone who wants to come to myrtle Beach and is looking for a nice motel to stay in this is it. We will definitely be coming back here. Pools for everyone. A fitness center and a game room for the kids.

Our family had an amazing visit an stay ay the Grand Atlantic resort. Service was outstanding. Our ocean view from the 11th floor was stunning. Hot tub an pools, lazy river from adult to child was so enjoyable. Fell in love with our kitchen, had everything needed. Our beds very comfortable. Thanks to excellent maid service we had plenty of clean towels, soaps, shampoo and coffee. We will tell our family, friends about our wonderful stay an we will be back. Thanks so much.

Had a great time at the hotel other than the fact they do not offer more then 3 passes for a room that fits 16. That's not even 4 people to a car. Ridiculous. Then when i asked the front office staff about getting a fourth they LIED and said they were completely booked this weekend and could not provide another one. All weekend the vacancy light and walk in light stayed on. I don't appreciate being lied too. And on top of that the over flow parking lot was almost if not completely empty. Thankfully I spoke with the hotel owner of Hurley across the street who was so generous to let our group use his parking lot while they were renovating the hotel. I would stay at the Grand Atlantic again, just wish they would train their staff not to lie to people and not to be rude because once you're rude i'll have an attitude right back.

2nd year vacationing at Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort and we are very satisfied. The rooms are clean, the pools are clean, and the beach is clean. The resort is at a great location so it’s not a crazy busy area. They have a couple kiddie pools and a lazy river. We have a room with a big kitchen and front balcony on the water. Highly recommend this place. We will be back again next year.
