The place was perfect for the price. Clean room, clean bathroom, great bed. It's also within spitting distance of a bunch of restaurants and bars. If you are visiting Springfield and need a cheap clean place to stay, come here! They also have free breakfast in the morning!

When arriving the staff was friendly and they even give you a bag with water and snacks for free. However, when going into the room I was not impressed. Weird musty smells and almost falling apart furniture. When checking the bed there were signs of bed bugs previously being there due to blood from bites being on the sheets and pillows. Cockroaches everywhere when it turns to night! Left and got a refund which the staff was nice about but initially asked if I just wanted a new room. No way goodbye!

Very basic motel but does the job. Bathroom was clean and had a deep sleep. Efficient staff and standard breakfast. Good for convenience.

Amazing customer service clean rooms the staff goes above and beyond to cater to anything you may need. And if you happen to meet her in the reception area say hi to Helen

The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff seems to be working hard and very polite and friendly. Will come back for sure and recommend to others. All in all great value and wonderful staff.
