The staff here are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are adequate. Is a short walk from the airport. Close to good restaurants also. Will stay with him again. Very happy customer.

When we walked in no one was up front, but we herd some lady yell from the back " I'll be there in a minute." She looked bored and was very rude to the person on the phone ( the phone call she picked up in front of us). Moving past that, she was not helpful at all. She couldnt even tell us how to turn the shower on. It smelled horrible walking through the halls and even worse in our room. It was a filthy room that smelled of musty urine. The cherry on top was the roach waiting to greet us in the bathroom. I took this pic of it just for you guys. We felt trapped there, beings that it was so late at night and we were far from home. The most horrible place I've ever stayed at in my life and worse experience at a hotel, HANDS DOWN!

This is the worst hotel.Parking lot is full of litter and drug paraphernalia. Lobby and halls are full of the stench of marijuana . The manager should have been replaced months ago. Too many weekends with no toilet paper no. Breakfast supplies and the fee breakfast us a joke. Manager is very rude and very unprofessional. Someone should put this hotel on undercover boss. I think the execs at the hotel corporate offices would definitely not be impressed by this hotel. I have had stays at other hotels from this chain and they were a much different experience. So no not all of the Extended Stays are as deplorable as this one. And this is definitely not a child friendly hotel. There are some positive s here with the exception of the manager the front desk help are very nice and very accommodating. But it is a dirty hotel with stained sheets bed bug infestation roaches and various other insects so if you like the outdoor experience and living with bugs then this is the place for you. No pool and there TV package sucks. I could go in and on about how horrible this place is but I think you get the picture.

We stood for around one month in this Hotel. It was a pleasant stay. They have a shuttle, covers near by public transport stations.House keeping should have been better and Break fast was not good.

The room was set up in an unusual way. 2 beds and hard to watch tv for everyone when they are in bed. Had to get a coffee pot from the front desk. It was wrapped in plastic but when I took it out it was dirty and still had coffee in it! The bathroom had 2 drawers missing and the toilet kept almost over flowing ! They gave us a plunger that we had to keep using. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and hadn't been swept in awhile. We were not at all happy ! No glasses or coffee mugs, no silverware or kitchen towels. Just not what you expect from a place with a kitchen!!! Paint was also peeling from the cupboards in the kitchen.
