Nice clean hotel close to the airport. I ended up being stranded at the Philly airport, but the Days Inn had complimentary shuttle service so I didn't need to pay for a taxi. I would stay there again regardless.

I wasn't going to review my one night stay here but after seeing the owner and various employees berate former guests and basically call them liars I felt compelled to say something. Try focusing on keeping your rooms clean instead of leaving nasty and snarky replies to anyone who says something negative about your motel (it makes you look even worse). Sorry but your non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes; there were cigarette burns on the comforters, on the stained single chair in the room, and the carpet. I did not even feel comfortable taking my socks off in the room because the carpet was stained beyond redemption. Even in the middle of summer, I didn't turn on the air conditioning because there was a few millimeters of accumulated dust and film over the entire room. Although I checked the bed for bed bugs before I went to "sleep" I woke up itching. It could be because the bedding had most likely not been changed between guests...if it was you need new laundry machines. There were hairs and dirt on the sheets. I slept with the lights on the room for two reasons, to keep away any critters that may have been hiding in the dank, filth filled hell-hole that you call a motel room and to hopefully stop someone from kicking down the down since the top bolt lock had a crack around it. Also, the toilet seat was loose and the toilet leaked all night. The one positive was that the dresser was virtually unused perhaps because many of your guests are only interested in using the room on an hourly basis. Yes, I'm referring to sex trafficking...it definitely isn't some place I'd stay with kids for that reason. Instead of attacking guests, you should put on your big boy pants, apologize, and fix it...this is your business, this is your money....you are responsible. This place was among the worse places I've ever seen. Your readiness to leave nasty replies to everyone's comment is indicative of the type of business owner you are. Just because you are a franchisee, doesn't mean you don't have to adhere to basic standards when it comes to upholding the Days Inn brand....disgraceful.

Reasonable rates, room was okay. Checked in when only smoking rooms were still available. Luckily I had a bottle of cologne which covered it up pretty well.

Stayed here on a few different occasions, everytime the staff has been pleasant/helpful. The room is clean and decent. Only problem is the lack of fridges. :(

I was at a party and there was not enough food and the food was subpar. If I am throwing a party, I won't go to that location. And yes, they knew well in advance how many were coming. There catering needs massive improvement.
