Bought a used vehicle from the dealership. Had an excellent experience. Even thought i lived one hour and 30 minutes, me and sales individual came to a agreement for a price that way would not be wasting my time coming to the dealership. Which means they do not do bait and switch in my case. To make a long story short, everything went smooth and with out hick ups. One advice i can say is. Do your research on a vehicle, understand the current market by having a basic understanding of supply and demand. Finally be reasonable when haggling the dealership. Also i would like to thank William Tate and finance manger "forgot her name" for making the process as smooth as ever.

Great sales experience from our salesman MO. I highly recommend him if you are like the wife and I when we shop for vehicles. We came there and drove 3 different Land Rover Velar. we even signed paperwork on one went home that night and change it for a different one with no problem. Land Rover Alexandria has become a new long time business to the Abbott family. Thanks MO!!!

I hate that I have to write such a poor review given my only experience at LR Alexandria because my past experiences in Birmingham, AL and Raleigh, NC Land Rover have been so great.  I had my 105,000 mi on my 2011 RR Sport service performed last Wednesday and while being serviced I asked to have my suspension looked at because I was  getting messages on my dash that there was a suspension error. After taking a look at the problem I got a call from Robert with the service department (very nice) that I needed my suspension air compressor replaced. This is not cheap ($1500).  Later I would actually ask if I could keep the old part and the service manager (rude and abrasive) informed me that I couldn't. Apparently parts like that are refurbished and to keep it would cost me $400. Weird but apparently this is common practice and I also confirmed this with my regular Land Rover dealer in NC .  The service manager's demeanor was terrible and it was as if he was looking for an argument  rather than explaining the reasoning behind this practice... all because I questioned him. This, after he entered a conversation that had nothing to do with him at the time when I was speaking to my provided service guy (Robert). 
Anyway, when I got the car back I thought everything was good to go given that I ended up spending over $3k on service and replacing a part.  I had to leave from the dealer and drive directly to CT for a long weekend trip. However, the next day (and out of state now) I started the car in the morning and the car literally sounded like a jack hammer as the suspension was trying to raise itself. Serious? I immediately called Robert back and he told me to bring it in this week. I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow, but before I got off the phone with Robert he said I should be good to go in terms of getting it taken care of "if its the part that is the problem" .  "If the part is the problem"?! The problem didn't exist until they touched it! I fear that now there is potentially a safety issue and all because they improperly serviced my RR Sport. Hoping to edit this review and give them more stars.  Keeping my fingers crossed that tomorrow morning after they "take another look" at their poor  first attempt at servicing my vehicle will result in a better experience! More to follow!!

Great car buying experience. Mo Khan was the best. No high pressure sales and he worked diligently to get us the Range Rover Sport at the price we were looking for.  He went above and beyond to resolve an issue we did not notice upon purchase and ensured we were satisfied with the results. Excellent service from both the purchase and  the finance office.
