This place is such a scam. They took a look at my car and told me a different price than what is listed on their site. My car was in a great shape, but they still wanted to take advantage of me and give me less money. Do not go there. I repeat do not go there. It will just be a waste of your time. It will benefit you, if you sell your car somewhere else or online.  I'm very disappointed by how their customer service was such a poor quality.

Spoke to Brett on the phone, very nice and easy to deal with. Was waiting for me at the time of the appointment. Price was fair in my opinion. People need to remember, you don't go to them or carmax to get maximum money back on your old car. If you wanted that you would sell it yourself. I simply don't have the time to sell a car. You also need to understand that it is a BUSINESS. They have to buy at a low rate in order to make MONEY. That being said, this worked perfectly for me. I dropped by, he checked it over and stroked me a check. No time or money wasted on my end. Another stress out of my life. I also should mention there is a metro within walking distance, worked great for me.
