Bought a used jeep for $17,000 and within 2 months had nothing but problems. Took it to another dealership to get fixed with the "warranty" Patriot put on it and was told by them they didn't know how it could of even passed inspection. After $600 out of my pocket Patriot was going to fix it if I gave them a down payment of $200, so I decided to take it up to them. It was supposed to be ready last week according to them and now have been waiting a week longer and still have no idea when it is going to be ready. My suggestion to people looking for a vehicle, there is too many places out there selling vehicles, don't waists your time here.

Just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee  from Patriots. Excellent experience. Everyone was so nice. Made you feel right at home. Our salesman, Jay Paugh, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to get us the best loan and was a joy to work with. Very experienced and professional but also made a great friend!  Highly recommend Patriot and Jay!

The Express lane at this Dealership is extremely convenient.  With such a busy life being able to just stop in and have a lube and inspection without an appointment is very nice.  Mitch Jenkins was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained my vehicle inspection in great detail. I was in and out in under 30min. The waiting room was cozy with a TV and fresh coffee.

This review is for the parts department. I went in looking for a part and their computer system was down. The counter guy took down all the info ordered the part and called within a few days for pick up. The best part of this was my part only cost $5
