This has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. James Howard was an extremely professional salesperson, his coworkers and team had the same professional and courteous attitude. They accommodated my arrival from out of town even after a delayed flight, had a driver at the airport which was about 2 hours away! Mr. Howard left his own home to meet me at the dealership at 8 PM due to the extenuating circumstances, the car was all ready to go, and the level of service vastly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mr. Howard, Thomas Cumberland Subaru, and their support team. My local dealership could learn several things from them.

Excellent in every way.  I lost my key fob to my vehicle and I was 3 hours from home. Cumberland Subaru Hyundai went above and beyond to help me get a new key fob and program it to my new 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport.  The staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient.  They even shuttled me to their facility to pick up my vehicle when it was ready.  Excellence in every way!  A very special thank you to Kyle Leeds in parts for expediting my needs to get a new key fob and having it programmed.  Also thank you to Theresa Smith who coordinated all my needs and had me on the road back home with a smile on my face.   ***** Thank you!

Offers a fair trade in price for your old vehicle. Prices on formally owned vehicles are very good. There is no haggling over price. It is what it is and is fair and better than anywhere else. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is excellent.

My husband and I have bought our last 2 cars from Thomas Hyundai. Our salesman John L. is wonderful!  We also have our vehicle serviced here.  We are a very happy  repeat customer!
