Each and every time we have been in Phillips, whether it was for service, purchasing a car or just to look around, we have been treated so respectfully by everybody that works there! Anybody that walks near you says hello to you and asks if you need anything. Konrad, Mike, Emir and Dan are exceptional at what they do. Tonight we leased a car from Ryan and he was knowledgeable, so patient and extremely helpful!! You get greeted with a smile from the moment you enter from everybody and the energy there is very high and positive!! You will get treated like a friend. Thank you all at Phillips!!

After working with Vince, everything was resolved to my satisfaction and I am grateful for his support and the Phillips team. Left the Dealer with my brand new Equinox only to find out the radio did not work on AM and FM channels. Then spent the next week getting it fixed with 3 visits to the dealer. One in Frankfort and the other two in Lansing for service. I was very happy with the sales team but disappointed in the fact my car had an issue right out the door. This should not happen. The sales team did offer to fill my tank up with gas and provide all weather floor mats for the Front Seat. Thank you for the effort to correct my issue.

Would highly avoid, unless you like paying ridiculous interest rates on your vehicle. We purchased two vehicles from Phillips. First in 2014, then in 2015. At the time, we were new to purchasing cars. About a year after we purchased the first vehicle, they call us and said something along the lines of "your vehicle is in high demand, we'd like to offer to buy it back". Unbeknownst to us, it was just a sales strategy to get us in a more expensive car, since we were "upside down" on our current car. Unfortunately we traded in, and purchased a more expensive car, with an awful interest rate of 6+ %. A couple years, and a lot of learning later, we realized how badly we were taken. What a crappy way to sell cars. Purposely doing this for their financial gain while putting us in the hole. We'll never step foot near their dealership again. Buyer Beware.

Generally nice staff but no organization what so ever. My appointment was at 11:30, they didn’t get to the car until 3PM. I had ask them over and over to email me the report. I was put on hold and seemingly forgotten about once. All I wanted was an inspection on the car, nothing complicated and somehow it was.

I have called and emailed numerous times to find out if there is an owners manual for the certified used car I bought at this Chevy dealer. When I finally got a hold of the salesperson who sold me the car, he said he would look into finding the manual. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I sent an email, but did not receive a reply. This isn't the most important issue, but it would only take a few minutes to find out if there was a manual when the car was traded in. I think this is just poor customer service and that they don't care about the customer after they make the sale. Edit: Do not believe the response to this review. I received a call from the used car manager the day after I left this review and was told that they had ordered a new manual for the car. It has been 4 weeks and still no manual. I called last week to find out if the manual was in yet and was told by the used car manager that he would find out and call me back. However, I still have not gotten a call back... They shouldn't say they are going to do something and not do it. I guess they are hoping I will just go away...
