My experience with LAX was perfect from start to finish. Max and Jimmy were great! I never felt pressured and they took time to answer all of my questions and really worked with me. Very laid back, yet professional business. I drove down and back 3 hours to pick up my new car and I am in LOVE with my Mercedes! Jimmy even bought me a Chicago Italian beef sandwich :) awesome customer service and the complete opposite experience from a large dealership - very refreshing. Thanks guys!

I just bought the  2013 Mercedes ML 350 from Luxury Auto Maxx and I want to say I love this place! Jim the owner is professional man! I want to thank also to Max as well. The service was very smooth and professional. I recommend this place hundred percent!!

I bought a 2011 Mercedes Benz C class today. The process was smooth and fast. Even though I was on a visa, I was able to obtain an auto loan to finance a car. The car is really nice, well-inspected. I highly recommend this place and these people for anyone wanting to buy/finance a nice car. I was served by Jason, and he was super informative.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle elsewhere, this dealership is not to be trusted. Purchased an S550 and was assured the vehicle had all the recommended maintenance performed by a reputable Mercedes dealership. When the vehicle arrived, it was discovered the vehicle had 0 maintenance performed. For a vehicle that is AWD, there were 3 different tire brands with different tread wear. Alignment was off, emergency parking brake system had a malfunction ($1050 unit needed to be replaced from Mercedes), right rear suspension leaking air, heavy oil leak from the back of the motor, along with entertainment system accessories missing (did not arrive as pictured). Was also told previous accident history was due to minor front end damage (bumper only). Not only was the vehicle poorly painted, over half the vehicle had previous paint work. This dealership misrepresented the vehicle in every possible way. If I can, I would give this dealership 0 stars. Shadiest dealership around.

My experience at luxury cars was excellent!! They have amazing service, they are quick and get straight to business. The employees are very well educated and outgoing. I would most definitely go here for future needs with out a doubt. I would strongly recommend coming here!!
