Polite staff, great prices. Took me 6 hrs to find someone to charge me a reasonable price to put in a headlight when I remembered renting a Uhaul from they before. Not only did they have the best price, the staff was great, and I was in and out before I knew it. Absolutely great experience and will definitely be returning! You guys rock!

This is the only shop I will go to. This is a family-owned business and they treat me like part of their family. They are trustworthy and know their business! They are always accommodating and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I could not be any more pleased with the service here.  I dealt with Jim through out the whole process and he was pleasant and informative every step of the way.  I took my car in so I could get it to pass emissions and not only did they have my car fixed within a day but they also drove out to the testing facility and passed the test for me!  

I felt like I paid a very fair price as well.  No complaints and Jim even gave me several different options and price points.

I would highly recommend Tinley Auto Repair & Towing to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic that will address their car problems.

Jim and Chris, I promised you guys pictures if I made it, so here they are. Misty ran like a top. I traveled 5451 miles with no issues. I just wanted to thank you guys for all your work. Had a blast, Misty was quite the celebrity.

I admittedly know little to nothing about cars and found Tinley Auto Repair to be a reliable and trustworthy place to bring my car. I've had it in twice now for various repairs and was very satisfied with both experiences.
