Was disappointed. My needs / concerns were not met. Communication from service technician / service advisor to me was non existent. No personalization of service what so ever. Very dry and cold interactions from start to finish. I now have to schedule another appointment to correct an original concern the reason for my visit. My vehicle is under factory warranty but I will not be visiting Bettenhausen service again. I will take my business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.

Everyone here is so friendly. I just got my car so I just needed an oil change and my trunk lock replaced. Oil change price wasn't bad although my first one should've been free and I ended up paying for 2. Next 2 are already taken care of so it's okay.  My trunk malfunction took place under my warranty so that was no problem. My only complaint is the toys for the kids should be bleached overnight. Merry Christmas everyone!

Ashley went above and beyond to help me out. I am in a life reset and don’t have perfect credit due to a recent divorce.  She made sure she did all that she could to help me leave with a new Fiat 500x and rid my ex’s old vehicle that was in my name. This dealership is amazing and will be using them for all new purchases in the future! Thanks Ashley.

Bettenhausen Fiat was a godsend when I needed it. I had lost a car due to a wrongful repossession that I am still fighting and I had almost given up hope of getting a new car. No one in my life was helping me, and I almost came close to losing my fairly new job without adequate transportation.  It took a lot of hard work to get my credit back to normal (somewhat).  I was going to just stop my search for a new car when I reached out to Abbie Kloss. Abbie was so helpful and determined to get me into a new car.  I was not a big fan of Fiats, but once I test drove the Fiat 500x Easy, I was convinced.  Thank you Fiat and Abbie for helping me out and restoring my faith in obtaining a new car that I am growing more in love with every day.

UPDATE:  The Service Team is excellent, especially Jessica.  I am really grateful to this dealership.

This place is awesome the place is always clean looking and they have nice coffee and tea as you wait also there pretty good about getting you in and out and there very through with checking and the maintaince on your car as well the younger blond girl at the front desk is always nice and helpful as well. I give this place a positive thumbs up. 😁
