Great work!!! Great Service!!! Great People!!!
I am honored that I had the opportunity to meet Kevin the owner of this dealership, and learn more about Alexandria Hyundai. Also I met with Gerald the service manager, who is an awesome service manager and great gentleman. They both treated me like family and took care of my car AND SAVED me a lot of money.  They really SAVED me a lot of money. And I was very happy with the work that was done on my car; I almost did not recognize it.
 I highly recommend Alexandria Hyundai. Go visit them and learn about this local business, It is owned by a local family who cares about their local community and they will treat you like family.

I bring our Hyundai here regularly for services due to the convenient location. The staff are friendly enough, but lacking a bit in customer service and initiative to help customers when they arrive. I regularly stand at the front entrance waiting for someone to acknowledge me.

I recommend against their drop-off service, as they will continuously delay in servicing your car until the end of the day, and then you'll have to wait for them to do the work after you come to pick it up. They did this to my wife, and the rapidity of the work done suggests that perhaps it wasn't. So, now we always wait there while services are completed.

I had a great experience with them. I needed to get a car within 24 hrs and The salesman Haris Khan not only got me into a vehicle, I got a deal while doing it. Some advise be straight with them they will be straight with you and everyone wins.

Service consultant, Haris Khan, was awesome with my first buying a car experience! He was quick , personable and efficient. He was able to work with Adrian in getting us a cheaper price. After being in an accident , I was worried about the whole car buying process; however, Haris made it a breeze and we will definitely use his services in the future if needed!

I came in around 7:30 and this guy at the service counter was not helpful at all. He gave me this look like why are you here. I had a flat tire and lost my wheel lock so AAA couldn’t put on the spare but to make a long story I had to call another AAA guy to tow my car but the second guy had a spare wheel lock that fit my car and was able to put on my spare. Needless to say, I had a long day. So this would have been a perfect opportunity for Hyundai to wow me and give me great service instead that made me feel like I didn’t matter and was very short with answer my questions. I was trying to get a tire on and a new wheel lock that night and the guy was like come back tomorrow. I’m thinking it’s only 7:30 you close at 9. So you obviously not going to help me. It was not a great feeling.
