From the 1st call when I spoke with Shawn I felt that this dealership would do whatever they needed to do to get me in my car.  Shawn called back several times to schedule the appointment.  When I finally decided to go in I was paired with Anush.  And I must say he was exemplary.  He was knowledgeable and friendly. And for financing I worked with T My easy who was equally as kind and not overbearing. He advised on the things I needed and did not.  By far the best car buying experience I have had thus far.

Excellent experience! Just moved up to DC, and I had to bring my truck in for a repair. Ourisman was great. They made an immediate appointment, and got working on it. They have a very comfortable waiting room, and Mike let me use a courtesy car to run some errands while I waited. My truck is running smoothly again, and I will definitely be back (just hopefully not too soon).

Michael Seed did a great job of making sure that the process was easy and stress free. Even after it was completed the mechanic even came out and spoke with me about the issue I enquired about. This was the best service I received in such a long time from any dealership. Will always go there to have my vehicle serviced.

I arrived at 9 am for a simple $45 oil change and left at 1:30 pm with a $670 bill. Keith was my rep and he barely explained what was wrong with the vehicle or the breakdown of the prices, he just gave me the overall price. He asked what my vehicle was previously serviced for, and while trying to explain it to him, he seemed barely interested and rushed. My vehicle was also serviced for things I did not ask for nor was I informed of, and was of course charged for. There were many customers there who were being serviced faster although I was one of the first customers who arrived. There is donuts and beverages offered in the waiting area but I recommend you bring your own entertainment and charger. Service seemed overly priced compared to other Chevy dealerships.

`Purchased 2 cars (Encore & Cruz) in approx 8-10 months. 

My(sales. rep) was (Alibi Sadikaj) . I know cars a bit, this guy was honest & straight forward. My wife was in a accident, needed a (Good SUV ASAP). He took care of the details, she was happy, I was happy with the bottom line...  

~ I would recommended this guy in all level of business.  (Asset to any Organization).
