Everyone at Ourisman was polite, professional and enjoyable. The truck I was interested in was clean, staged, ready to test drive. One suggestion I have is providing customers a tour of the facility as a part of the final vehicle delivery. This way we as the customer I can become acquainted with the location and staff at the service Dept, parts Dept and so forth. The more faces people see there that are welcoming, the more comfortable I am continuing my business and recommending others to your dealership.

Although I didn't get my car serviced here, I was welcomed by the porter quickly and a service advisor was quick to greet me and help me along with telling me about the promo they have going on and the extra fees that will apply so I wouldn't be shocked by the total at the end. Unfortunately I wasn't to get his name, but a great start unlike other dealerships. Decided to buy the oil filter from parts, John was nice and great to talk to. Made you feel comfortable about being in a place where you visited for the first time. Will come back here more often for parts thanks to both service being informative and parts for being helpful and attentive.

My husband and I went to several dealerships this week looking at cars. The level of customer service and professionalism at this dealership was unparalleled. We were immediately greeted by Hamid outside (even though it was blistering cold...about 20degrees) and he took the time to find us the perfect car out of their inventory. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and it's features. He was not extremely pushy or aggressive, but extremely professional the entire time from start to finish. I really felt like Hamid and his sales manager really worked with us to get us the best deal possible. After all the paperwork was done, and the sale was complete, Hamid took an additional 30 minutes to help me set up my Bluetooth car features...that was really above and beyond! The level of service didn't end at just the sales team. The gentleman in finance and the lady at the end who helped check us out were also patient and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends!!

Horrible customer service. I have called 6x over the last two months to schedule my car for a recall. They either hang up on you or say they will call back and none of the service advisors call back. Yes my number is correct. it is crazy. Please save yourself some time and headache and go to another dealer that knows how to treat customers. Update - finally got a call back. smh.

Jonathan was a great representative. I wasn’t quite ready to buy, but he was knowledgeable and very patient with me! I will definitely be back!
