We came in looking for a small sofa. Juan introduced himself and asked a few questions and began showing us many selections on the floor. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, measurements and manufacturing. He gave us several buying options and we were able to choose the best for our budget. We ended up with a reclining sectional as well as an adjustable bed that we will love. We will definitely be repeat customers at Ashley and will be looking forward to working with Juan in the future.

My wife and I were shopping for a new dinning table and chairs. We met "Ace" in the showroom. He was very helpful. Ace got us a good price for the set that we wanted. The showroom (which is really big) was clean and organized. The rest of the employees we met were friendly. The financing process was easy.

I had a really great experience with Eddie! He was very helpful and transparent through the whole process. I came in looking for bedroom furniture and he helped me find the perfect set. He was so personable and made the experience enjoyable. The other sales people at this location were really friendly as well. I plan to come back here in the future to buy more furniture.

Robert was very helpful from the moment we walked into the door, until we left with our sofa and dinning table. He Walked us through the different policies, and helped identify options that would match my color scheme. He was also very playful, and patient with my children as we navigated through the store. Overall He made my buying experience very easy, adding input when needed, while not making me feel rushed to make a purchase. The other staff members were also very nice as well. Overall great experience!

Outstanding and prompt service! My husband and I were initially greeted by sales representative Juan. He briefly told us about some sales and then gave us space to look around before asking if he could help. He walked us through some of the promotions that would best work with our home needs and our finances and then gave us more time to think and discuss. Once we decided on the products we wanted, Juan was very efficient setting up financing, running the paperwork down and arranging delivery of our furniture. Excellent service; definitely ask for Juan when you visit this Ashley Furniture store!
