UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and she apologized and tool accountability for the errors. She also said changes will be implemented on November 1 to make things better. She asked for one more chance to make things right and finish the work. Fingers crossed. 

Technicians are nice, knowledgeable and friendly but the customer service and front office is astoundingly horrible. Their scheduling system is archaic, they don't return phone calls and it takes forever to schedule a technician. They've come to my house four times because of their errors. Save yourself the trouble and go with somebody else!

If I could I would rate this place a 0 star. I would not recommend this place at all for any repairs. 3 time coming to fix our microwave, 1st to  diagnose the problem (was about an hr late). 2nd time to fix the door but order the wrong color (was about 40 min late). 3rd time to tell me the door has the wrong adapter so couldn't be installed ( was actually on time!). Call to info them about the problem, but last thing was said was that "I'll call LG to send another company to replace a door that seems to work perfectly fine." Well if they had good  technicians then why did the first one said that there is a problem with it!  It is a waste of time everyone's time. Unprofessional company and awful experience.

Just awful.  This was the company chosen to service my washer with my Home Depot protection plan.  Spanning February to the end of May it took 4-5 visits for them to simply deem the machine un-repairable.  Constant visits with the wrong parts ordered, the wrong version of the part they needed ordered, or diagnostic visits we were getting nowhere.  

Finally deemed the transmission on it faulty.  Ordered the wrong kind.  Tried to grind down a screw from the actual washer to make the wrong one work.  It didn't.  Ordered the proper transmission and could no longer make that one work as what they had ground down was destroyed.  

The service was terrible.  No one should have to wait 3 months to get something repaired.  Nearly every Wednesday I couldn't make any plans in advance to do things because of the 4 hour long window a service rep could arrive in.  

 Had told the company repeatedly what day I am off repeatedly, yet constantly tried making appointments for different days.  The call to alert you when your appointment is automated, the day before your scheduled date, and after the store is closed.  So I would always get a call saying I have service scheduled for X date, and if that time doesn't work to call back.  X date was always tomorrow, would call back, and no one is working as they close at 4.

Even called before my first service to confirm service the next day.  Service was confirmed over the phone. Then hours later I was told I wouldn't be able to have anyone come down the next day.

TLDR: the staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing, and constantly order the wrong parts, or have trouble getting the right type of part (as multiple reviews say).  Their scheduling is atrocious as is the customer service.  I would never recommend them to anyone.  Truly and awful experience.

Had a great experience....All phone answered or returned in timely manner...... Anthony was right on time, fixed the problem with our dryer and was very helpful with some hints on our dryer! Very pleased

Worst experience with is company they are a waste of time  over 3 weeks and my washer still isn't fixed they can't even order parts right let alone have people come in fix even on a scheduled day this company is pathetic and a joke!! How this owner is still open for business is a joke!!!!!
