ROACHES!!!!! We just went with our family and went to go to sleep when we saw roaches on the wall!! Absolutely disgusting!!! I went down to the desk for the guy to act so surprised however their are reviews stating the same thing, how ridiculous! We moved to another room in the middle of the night with two little ones then couldn't find the Manger the next day, how convenient. Not just the roaches, but my clean towel had hair on it, there was a females hair tie on the night stand (maids didn't see this), a pillow wedged between the wall and bed and then last but not least the bug catcher in the floor with a big piece stale bread!!!!!! The place is also very noisy because there is no carpet. I don't normally do reviews but was so upset with this experience I feel I need to warn people. They clearly don't care there, sad!

Good budget hotel! The beds were nice and there's a Keurig like machine in the rooms for coffee and tea. The bathroom is fine, would have liked better toiletries. The pool is small but very popular with guests. Location is amazing! Walking distance to Pancake House and McDonald's (which is good since breakfast is not served). Very close to Colonial Williamsburg.

It was actually pretty nice. I noticed some few bugs outside but the inside was relatively bug free; I looked everywhere. The outdoor pool with lights that change color was a nice addition

This was the worst red roof we have ever stayed at. The first night we had to request a new room because there were roaches crawling around the doorway. When we complained to the front desk the guy didn't seem like it was a big deal. DIRTY. The rooms could use better cleanings and an exterminator for sure.

Price was resonsble for the area. Room was tidy. Beds we're fairly comfortable although the pillows were lacking. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.
