My Boyfriend and I checked in February 15-18. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had preview for the time share saturday morning. We were told about restaurants and the outlets. We enjoyed our stay and we meet the staff from marketing they were amazing. The room was clean,love the whole outlook from the entrance to the room we stayed in. Also we stayed in the brand new building 4000. We enjoyed shopping and going out to the local places. We also invested in the time share and we can't wait to go back real soon. Great place for families and children. The grills and fire pit was a good as well

Pros: 
Very good staff. Pleasant atmosphere and decor. Washer and dryer in the room. Nice kitchen and 2 entertainment /music wall mounted TV's. Adequate gym.
Nice indoor salt pool. Great location. 

Cons:
Room- Almost no closets and no coat closet and absolutely no coat or clothing hooks in the unit except only one (not sufficient) in the bathroom. No shower door making it a cool shower. No cutting board. 

Pool area-
No shower at all, next to pool or in a bathroom. No changing /dressing room at all. Only a large bathroom with only one toilet and sink. Again no clothing hooks, not even one. No chair or bench for little people.  Injured/ semi disabled or senior people. You must put your clean clothes or cost on the floor if you are trying to change or help your child change.

This Inn is excellent! It's easily within walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg if you like to walk.  The staff are excellent as well as friendly. Finding  food  is a little difficult as there is  no dining  on site. Go to Colonial Williamsburg and there will be no  shortage of excellent options!

We rented a 2 bedroom premium using our Bluegreen Points as owners for a 4 night sun-Thursday rental. The apartment is in perfect condition as if we were the 1st to use it. Very impressed by the furnishings. However the only negative has been that the beds are not very comfortable at all unfortunately so I would recommend bringing something from home or ask if the front desk has something available to add to the bed tops. Other than that I highly recommend.

The room was very nice but there were a few imperfections. Provided plenty of space even in the one bedroom I had. Cleaning staff did leave a little trash behind from previous guest (bag of chips) but certainly nothing major. Very nice gas fireplace as well. All the staff I came in contact with was very warm and welcoming. Location was tremendous, ten to fifteen minutes to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Overall experience was excellent and very relaxing. I would definitely go back.
