Pleasant and helpful front desk. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms are on the small side but perfect as home base while we visited area attractions. Clean and well maintained outdoor pool was perfect for our grandkids to cool off and relax after a busy day.

We took are family here for one night. The staff weren't super friendly. The halls ways smelt of mildew. The tv cable didn't work or have any signal. The bed covers had two white stains on top... overall it isn't a super great place for a family. Great for a couple of guys after a late night, that's about it.

First time guest in this hotel and I already love it! It's beautiful and has such a colonial vibe. The front desk attendant was very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and well  attended to. I plan on bi-weekly visits to williamsburg and this will most def. Be my go to. Glad I randomly stumbled upon this hotel. ☺

Overall the hotel facilities were clean. However, our room had moldy smell if the air-conditioner was not on. Our iron leaked water. Did I mentioned the food selection for continental breakfast was frosted flakes, muffins, coffee and juice so plan to eat at the local breakfast spots.  Also the attitude of the hotel manager sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was not warm or engaging. He often tried to use a sarcasm as a way to get his point across. For example, the breakfast area is extremely small. So my nephew had spilled coffee on the counter tops. He offered to wipe it but the management became very upset with him and said, "NO I WILL GET IT" in front of a crowd of people in this small area. My nephew immediately became embarrassed and left.  I would not recommend this place if you are vacationing with kids.  The manager seems to be short-tempered with kids.  This place is not "kid friendly." However, I would recommend this place if you are traveling with all adults.

The room was fine, no frills. The customer service was severely lacking, to say the least. We were treated rudely, more than once, on our one night stay.
