If I could give no stars I would but I give it one because we were able to check out quickly. The room was dirty, the toilet leaked, and the staff did not seem in the least bit concerned. Hotel has many chips in the walls and visible dust. Non of the soda machines worked and I never found a ice dispenser. I I did not eat the breakfast but I kind of feel that if you cannot clean up a room your cooking should not be trusted. The hotel placed a fake picture on the website because my room and my friends rooms looked nothing like the picture on display. Also I know the hotel cannot control the type of guest but it appeared that this was a hang out for unsavory people and one of my friends and a door with a broken lock. Dicey when some of the customers looked shady. Run do not walk away from this place.

Nice hotel for the price, comfortable bed. Internet seemed a bit spotty, hot tub and pool area were nice although I think their hot tub is due a restoration of some kind. I gave 3 stars because this place did not have a fitness center and that was slightly disappointing, and this place could use a face lift and upgrading. Other than that if you are looking for a decently priced hotel then this is the place to stay.

Very poor service, rooms were not ready at check in time! 4 pm !!!! Old and musty smelling. Ac did not cool room. Booked a month in advance said we did not, charged credit card twice! Pool and spa were dirty. Not many places to stay when going to Bush gardens. Do your family a favor and avoid this place. Yes it's cheap but at what cost? Our problem all other hotels were booked, plan in advance.

After having read mostly positive reviews I booked my room for a 2 night stay. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming when you enter the non smoking designated room. There was mold on the ceiling and the air unit was off on an 89 degree day and took hours to cool down. There were streaks on the mirrors and the floor looked like it needed a good cleaning. In general it is in need of a major face lift! The shower head was the one saving grace as the rest of the bathroom looked grimy. After looking at the condition of the waffle maker, we decided to eat elsewhere. I would stay away from this place. There were many other options for about the same price. There was nothing Quality about this Quality Inn.

This hotel is horrific. The room was the complete opposite of what was advertised on Choice Hotels booking website. The room was filthy, electric wires were exposed hanging out of the wall, the air conditioner coils were exposed and not covered, the window had residue all over it, the bathroom was not clean with black covering the bath tub, and the hotel staff could care less. I highly recommend not staying here as the above mentioned list is enough not to mention that there were illegal things happening on site. The smell of marijuana was very much evident in the hallways and elevator. After leaving from only being there for 30 minutes I only received a partial refund. After speaking with corporation representatives, managers, and their supervisors I have still not received a full refund. Along with not staying at this location I would also recommend stealing clear of Choice Hotels as a chain as they do not care about their customers. It is clear this chain has no qualms about the reputation they set forth.
