Where do I start. The front desk staff were bragging that the building and room that we were staying in was brand new. However there is nothing for kids to do at the "Resort". Well the rooms are beautiful, but makeup doesn't make a pig look any better. We stayed in a brand new room that the toilets backed up and the shower did not drain. We were then moved to another brand new room that was full of boxes from the staff trying to get ready for completion. We were then given another brand new room in which the brand new televisions were not working because the wall cable was not even connected inside the wall for the tv. Not only that but the dryer is piping hot and producing heat and we haven't even used it. Oh yeah did I mention we have no hot water. "Who in hell inspected this place"? If not for Jon the maintenance man we would have left in the middle of the night the first night. He was the saving grace for this pig with makeup. We will never stay at this place again. They owe us money for putting up with the nonsense. If I could rate this place lower I would! It gets a 1 star because of Jon the maintenance man!

Upscale, New, lots of room. Fully furnished living room, large bathroom, large kitchen, fully stocked with pots and cooking utensils. I travel every weekend on business. I give the Blue Green 5 STAR upscale. Anyone giving this location bad reviews is a travel novice.

I loved this place! traveled with my family of 6 and we all had a blast! immaculately clean, staff were very pleasant and accommodating, amazing location- near colonial williamsburg and busch gardens. would go back in a heartbeat and i have pretty high standards!

If you are accustomed to blue green resorts, this is more like a "hotel" without hotel amenities. The rooms are nice. The game room and fitness rooms are nice, but you will have to walk 250 feet into another building to do simple things like check out pool sticks and ping pong balls. That isn't simple if you are a single father of 3 young children. And as a bluegreen owner, I feel I'd be better off staying at a hotel than this so called resort. I don't feel I'm getting my monies worth with this "resort". Make sure you bring plenty of snacks or groceries because the nearest store in over a mile away and isn't convenient to get to.

Went this hotel as part of a package from Bass pro shop. I did not like the fact that they did not (the hotel maids) come in to change the linens, clean the room. I had to take out my own trash and towels as I was informed that I was not staying in a full service hotel, although I know that at least on two occasions someone did go into my room because the tissue in the box in the bathroom had been replaced. That was literally the only thing that had been done for the time table of 5 days. . I will never go back, do yourself a favor, and skip this hotel. I have never had a problem with any of this establishments other hotels.
