When I set foot into Bill's Carpet I was exhausted and stressed from the process of purchasing and renovating a home. Dave greeted me offered me to sit and have something to drink and just relax, while we discussed my needs. I think it was the first I had sat in weeks. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. There was a very specific shade of gray that I needed and I wanted only the best as far as feel of carpet and padding. Dave was very patient and worked with me until we had exactly what I needed and he did not put any further strain on me financially as his prices were far better then the local big box stores and even other local private sellers. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for carpet or furniture because the prices are great, quality isn't sacrificed and the team is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I will certainly be going back for more!

Recently I went to bills carpeting for a kitchen flooring. I ordered nonreturnable flooring that did not look good. I was amazed that Bill’s was able to work with me to exchange the flooring. All of the employees at bills were wonderful – Eddie, Andre, Steve and the owner Matt to name a few. Every employee couldn’t be more helpful. I will definitely use bills again and would recommend them to anyone. This is a family run business where customer service is a very high priority. You don’t get that many places today. Very very satisfied customer !

I purchased 3 different area rugs from the store. They were very accommodating and held the first rug for me until we had finished redoing the basement where we were putting it. After we got that rug in, we decided we wanted to add a couple more areas rugs there and went back to get a carpet that might match. We came very close and they cut two carpets out of a large remnant and had them bound for us. We found them quite accommodating and work was done within a week.

Having seen the store we decided to call and find out about possible carpeting for our house. Dave answered the phone and immediately I felt we’d be in good hands. Dave offered to come over to show us samples and so we could show him what was involved. He did measurements and he called us the next day with a quote. We then went in and chose what we wanted. He was very helpful in making a decision. We did have to have closet doors shaved off and Dave arranged for all of that as well. The carpet was successfully installed. I would highly recommend using this carpet business. You won’t be sorry. Ask for Dave.

We were totally impressed with Bill's Carpet from Eddie, Bill and the carpet installers. Eddie came down the following day to measure the room (on his day off) so that the carpet could be ordered right away. It came in on Monday and was installed the next day. I received a call when it came in and two calls the morning of installation so that they could give me an accurate arrival time. The installers were very nice and cleaned the floor before and after the installation. Their price for the same carpet I priced at another store was much lower and they went out of their way to get the carpet we wanted in as quickly as possible and at a great price. Thank you.
