Beautiful store. Amazing selection. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Raymour is the only place we shop for furniture because we like high end furniture that will last and we don't deal with other places that sell cheap partical board stuff. Even when I had an issue with one of our recliners they sent someone out to fix it quickly and we haven't had a problem since. Highly recommend.

Very nice selection of furniture & bedding choices. Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful. Prices are decent for what you get, some are quite pricey, some aren't. Parking is vast & free...you just gotta watch for the gaping potholes! It's one of the best places in Rochester, NY that has quite the variety of mattresses, from relatively cheap ($400, little kids), to quite expensive ($3000+, luxury) & everything in-between.

The salesman Matthew who helped my husband and I was fantastic! He answered every question, even gave us a nice deal so not only did we walk out of there with a new couch, but also a new bed frame! Great customer service and great delivery! They delivered to us today, even though we got more than a foot of snow! The delivery guys were so nice and respectful. If I could give a higher rating I would! Great store and I know the next time I need furniture I’m going straight there!

We bought a over 2000$ brand new clean mattress. but when they delivered, it came with a hugh smear of mud on the mattress. Very unprofessional packing skill and recklessness.

I had an issue with a different well named furniture store so I came here and I regret not coming here first. Harry is an amazing salesman. He took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and it was within my budget. Jade, the finance representative/cashier, was super friendly. I didn't get the delivery guys names but they were absolutely amazing and took the time to figure out how to get the couch to fit into my upper floor apartment. I am so happy with the service that I have received and you just gained a long-time customer! I will be telling everyone I know to get their furniture from Raymour & Flanigan!!
