The store smells so good and is appealing to the eye. The Sales Associates are friendly and knowledgeable about merchandise. Prices vary depending on what you're buying but there's always a bargain to be had somewhere. They often have coupons. If you don't bring one with you, the cahiers kindly provide one for you to use. There are so many beautiful things to spruce up your home or to give as gifts for almost anyone. They have beautiful decor that looks super fancy but it's still affordable. My favorite things to buy are the potpourri sachets. I always buy at least 3 because they smell amazing and are always on sale.

Kirklands is awesome! You have to take your time and explore from floor to ceiling! There are unique items you won't find elsewhere. No matter what your home decor there is something for you here! The staff is great! Always offering to help. I've never been disappointed with a purchase yet!

please, Please, PLEASE, PUH-LEASE, BRING KIRKLANDS TO SYRACUSE!!!!!! We were in the Rochester area while visiting family and visited KIRKLANDS. Unbelievable! The catalog and website do not do justice to the quality and craftsmanship of their goods! My husband and I are always leery about purchasing from a site when we can't put hands on; but we did and were not disappointed. But, to experience the store itself is other worldly. The displays are cozy, eclectic, classy. The customer service bar none exceeded our expectations. As close to one on one concierge service as I could imagine. The customer service representatives , and yes, there was more than one, were fully engaged, offered services we were unaware of, discounts we weren't aware of, were personable, friendly, just an awesome representation of the company/brand. My only negative....they aren't where I can visit regularly. Then again, maybe that's a good thing for my bank account.

My first time at Kirkland's and it was fantastic! Very friendly staff, but not "in your face". They gave me a coupon to take part in the current sale. The things in the store were amazing; like no other store I've been in. I'll be telling my friends and making another trip for these unique home furnishings at such reasonable prices. Can't wait!
