We went in to Metro Mattress and we were greeted by Josh. He is not your typical pushy salesman. He was patient and informative. We did not feel pressured by him at all. We ended up buying a mattress and adjustable frame. There was a small glitch with delivery, but Josh handled it well without any issues. We would recommend Josh to anyone who is interested in finding the best mattress for their individual needs.

Went a couple days ago, Josh was running the store by himself juggling a few customers which worked out extremely well because I got to test out all the mattresses in my budget. Narrowed it down to two, and ending up going with the Fortress which is a top notch mattress. He handled everything from warranty claim on my previous mattress, to getting me a fair deal, and setting up the extremely fast delivery! Josh was amazing, thank you!

Great customer service! We worked with Josh at this location! He worked so hard to help us get what we needed vs. what we could afford. He worked hard to get us financing even though our credit is not the best! Getting our bed, frame, pillows and mattress protector delivered next day was a plus also! Especially on a Sunday!

Josh helped us find a mattress in no time at all and cut us a deal we couldn't pass up. He made Metro Matress both our first and last destination to find a wonderful price. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we left satisfied. Thanks again Josh!

I was looking for an interim solution for my granddaughter's double bed which was currently just on the floor without a frame... - knowing she would be graduating from college next year and most likely want an upgrade to a queen. The salesman did not try to oversell me - but heard my request and made excellent suggestions. I will be going back there for the next mattress.
