Via the internet, I found that York Furniture Gallery is the only place that sells Rowe living room furniture in our county, which told me they care to sell quality furniture. So we ordered a custom-made Rowe couch and love-seat from them. A handful of weeks later we purchased a Coaster dining room set that was in-stock. Then the day we picked up both of those rooms of furniture we also purchased and took home that day, a Basset in-stock bedroom set. (They do deliver. We opted to pick up.) Well, all three rooms look beautiful in our home, and I am thrilled! It is also so nice to have had such a great experience. Larry and the others took such good care of us. I hope to see them all again someday.

I would highly recommend York Furniture to anyone who wants to be sure they are getting great furniture at a good price. We went to almost every furniture store in the area looking for the right size sleeper sofa for our guest room. York had exactly what we were looking for and I am very impressed with how nice it is! Their in store service and delivery was above others. I will definitely go back to purchase in the future!

I have never experienced a worse shopping experience in my life.  Customer service isn't "terrible"; its non-existent.  I'll spare you most of the details of our 6+ month experience; just believe the bad reviews below.  Larry, the store manager and owner's husband, was the root of our problem.  He lied to us, screamed at us on the phone, and threatened to have us arrested if we came back to the store, yet later asked us to come back in the store to pick out a replacement chair (we refused).  My wife and I are calm, reasonable people and have NEVER been treated this way.  I purposely waited a few months to write this, thinking that maybe I was overreacting.  I was not.
One more thing: I've noticed a pattern with reviews posted here.  Almost every bad review is quickly followed up with at least one positive review.  I have no proof, but it seems suspicious.

They have a very large selection of inventory. Larry and Kathleen are a delight to work with. Quick delivery and the furniture was as perfect as it was in the showroom. Highly recommended!

On November 11, 2017, I placed an order for a sofa provided they could get the green leather upholstery I desired.  LARRY BELL insisted on writing up an order with their leather, assuring us that he could get the green leather. He insisted on full payment of $3,021.84 UP FRONT. In our communication with the Manufacturers Rep we were told that they COULD NOT get the requested leather. We contacted LARRYBELL, and he STILL INSISTED he could provide the couch in the requested leather, and asked for more time. 
On the third day we asked to cancel the order as they could not supply our product. LARRY BELL got very rude, angry,  using foul language. We are disputing this purchase. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS RETAILER IN HENRIETTA, ROCHESTER, NY!!!!!
