Kind and knowledgeable salesperson. Teresa did not attempt to sway us to one particular sofa/chair, instead showed us several different styles and types of chairs. She helped match fabric to go with our overall design of home. Teresa listened to everything we said and gave us informed feedback on any questions asked. Teresa has a warm, friendly personality and never made us feel overwhelmed or pressured to purchase any of the items we looked at. We appreciated this attitude and it made us more willing to purchase a second chair that we weren't planning on buying today!

The purchase of the two recliners was the easy part. After having the chairs in my home for one week, I noticed there was a dye transfer from clothing worn to the fabric on this chair. That’s when the nightmare begun and 5 months later is still going on. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and so far my credit card company are the only ones helping me with this. Lazy Boy staff at the corporate level, where you will call in if you have a problem, are rude and not accommodating whatsoever. You never hear back from anyone when they say they will call you back. I also will add that Serv Pro the company that services your furniture if you paid for “extra protection on your furniture” is also very helpful. They have been very sympathetic to my case and are helping. me. Moral of my story stay clear of lazy boy. You want to purchase from a company that stands behind their products and I can assure you this company does not.

I was very satisfied with my experience with La-Z-Boy. Their products are well designed and good quality. In my search for a specific recliner, I worked with both the Amherst, NY and Rochester, NY locations. It is obvious that each associate takes pride in their position and represents the company well. One representative that stood out from the rest was Cathy from the Rochester location. I found her to be the most pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. Her performance with my sale was efficient and her professionalism was on point. Thank you La-Z-Boy and and thank you Cathy! I would definitely consider your company for future purchases and I will recommend you to family and friends.

We’ve just had our second fantastic experience at La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings in Henrietta! Our first purchase has lasted so well that we decided to make another one. Teresa offered her services the first day we went in, letting us know she was there to help in any way possible, but not putting any pressure on us for a purchase. When we were ready to make a decision, she graciously and patiently walked us through picking out material, purchase options, and paperwork. She honored her word at every turn. I have nothing but positive feedback for our buying experience and highly recommend both the product and the customer service!

The manager took us for a tore of sort explaining the difference of cloth to leather cover. We came away an hour later we'll educated. We won't know how they stand-up to the test of time until time? Price less than expected. No hard sale pitch. Looked around the store at our leisure. Day later and several measurements; we ordered the (James) sofa and loveseat.
