Ordered a Chaisse chair that first took 10 days to be delivered. Paid $64.99 for delivery and assembly and the chair arrived without the metal legs. The deliverer stated there weren't any for this chair. (Seems like a lack of training). So then had to call and explain which they stated the parts were not in stock and had to wait 3 weeks for the legs to be delivered and I had to assemble them....Then one of the legs was missing a plastic cap on the bottom of the metal frame. So now the chair will wobble and can scratch the floor with the metal frame.  So had to call Again...this time they stated they will ship just the plastic cap and I will hopefully be able to properly install it..Also stated in may take up to 90 Days to get it.

I guess they knew we probably would never return again at this furniture store, so only the minimum Customer Service was given.  I know other stores would have taken better care than this.

So far I haven’t been happy with purchasing here. Delivery dates are pretty much whatever they give you and if you have to reschedule they make you wait another week. The girl I called at customer service had a lot of attitude. Once they have their money they pretty much just do whatever they want. If you do buy something here I recommend only if you can take it home yourself right then and there.

I didn't read the reviews until after making a purchase. I was terrified after but decided to wait it out. I bought a bed at this location and had it set to be delivered a few weeks later at my new home about 6 hours away. The day of set delivery and the guys were very polite and had my bed set up within the the time frame. Love my furniture.

I don’t recommend any one to purchase anything from rooms to go my husband and I bought our living room set from rooms to go and bought a warranty that  if the sofas get dirty of any type of beverage and their liquid solution doesn’t work they will send someone to clean them or if they can’t clean it they will replace it with the new sofa they sent someone to clean them the person told me that he couldn’t clean them took pictures and told me I had to get them professionally cleaned  so after they can come and clean them I got them professionally cleaned I called them and they told me my warranty had expired and he couldn’t do anything about it this warranty is a bunch of BS because from the beginning they should’ve said that we had to get them professionally cleaned in order for the warranty to work

Horrible delivery / customer service! We purchased a bedroom set in July. It is now January and after numerous phone calls...8 to be exact, we are still getting either uncomplete or wrong parts. They tell you that they are going to ship over night when in reality it takes weeks only to send the wrong part. Yup... we are on our 4th delivery... now waiting on the wheels for the trundle.
