Absolutely love this store! My family and I use the saleswoman, Lana, and she's the sweetest person ever. She's not the typical vulture sales person like all the others. I got my whole room set and most of our house's furniture from this store! The store also looks very nice and clean. We also received the wrong piece and was able to exchange it with no problems at all.

I went in looking for a larger sofa preferably red in the outlet portion of the store.  Karen offered her assistance and was the most accommodating sweetest most helpful person that I have met in a while. I was very indecisive in my selection but she never made me feel rushed. She was perfect.  She offered suggestions and did all she could to help me make a decision.  I ended up walking out with nothing but when I do return I will definitley seek Karen for assistance.  Thank you Karen. The pic below is the furniture I was unsure about.

I highly recommend NOT visiting this location. I have purchased furniture from here in the past, and my experience was good. However, the recent purchase of a cocktail table has wasted my time and also reminded me that Rooms To Go is like any other large corporation that does not value its customers. I purchased a cocktail table back in November 2017, but it was on back order and could not be delivered to January 27. The delivery date rolled around and the team was a no-show, even though I was contacted three different times to confirm the delivery. I called back today, and to my surprise I found out that my table was placed on back order again till March 5th. To make matters worse, no one contacted me to tell me of the change, and when I was finally directed to the correct person, she was dismissive, rude, accused me of harassing her for asking her where the breakdown in communication was and hung up in my face. I will never purchase another item from Rooms To Go. They've definitely just lost a customer. Word of mouth is one of the best ways to market and advertise a company. Needless to say, when my friends and family ask where to get furniture from, I will definitely explain why Rooms To Go is a no go.

Shopping and buying was good, especially when dealing with Frank. But, the delivery date moved out 2 days just while we were completing the transaction, which made it over 10days! Then, I made the mistake of picking up a few items. First, there is only one person setting up the pick up, so there was a 20+ minute wait, then there was a mistake on the desired date, so I was informed the wait could be up to 2 hours. I came back later and the entire process took well over an hour to pick up 3 items. THEN, after receiving several calls confirming when the remaining delivery would take place, I was informed I had to still come back and pick up one last item- another hour wait.
So, the pricing is good, the sales reps are good, but either sit back and let them deliver everything to you, or go elsewhere (with advertised "Same Day Delivery" ) before you subject yourself to picking up your items.

By far the worst costumer service ever received! Highly disappointed with this store. From the sales rep that took "care"of us to management and receptionist. At first when trying to exchange furniture because it didn't fit i was informed by the sales rep Frank that most likely the answer from upper management would be no. NO care whatsoever to take the first step to help me as a customer. He went on and insinuated i could've used the furniture for an open house or some kind of party. He also told me it was my fault for not measuring up to 5 times. And stated he would let me know by next day. The Next day came and I never received a call so i decided to call the store and he wasn't even working that day. If he was professional enough he could've told me so and told me he would have management call me back being that they were stating i was cut out of the time frame for an exchange. 3days later i spoke to a manager named Lisa and she stated they would do courtesy delivery back to store and would charge 20% off for restock fee which I was ok with. My husband went in the store to choose something else and they stated she never said that and we would have to pay. I called and spoke to James in corporate and sure enough they don't have recorded lines in the store so i couldn't hold her accountable. It's absolutely ridiculous how they treat people after making their sale. Now that I'm trying to return the furniture to the store they are giving me the runaround with transportation because they failed to set me up after giving me a date and they are saying they are overbooked. I hope many people see this before they think of buying from there because it will save you money, stress and time. It's completely unacceptable the way I've been treated. I hope they look into the hiring process to choose people that are competent and aware of how to treat others.
