Absolutely amazing service. If you ever have an appointment at the genius bar just ask for Mike, he won't let you down. He went above and beyond in to helping my issue get resolved. Briefly and quickly he diagnosed by device and truly made me understand what the issue was. Helped me with the repair and was able to fix my phone in under an hour. Thanks Mike from Genius Bar, will be back soon if any problems occur.

Extremely busy Store, WTH Apple, you to cheap to build a bigger store? Staff does their best to accommodate you, they have really nice staff, very friendly and extremely busy. I am not bashing the staff, only the size of the store in relation to the amount of customers.

Usually I like this place. I've purchased using a student discount for home schooling. I spent over $1000 with them and their staff member was trying to insist on proof of student. He spoke to his manager who obviously told him to chill. He rang it up and I left. He needs more people skills.

Only one sales rep, spoke as we walked in. Another guy with beard kept looking at us as we shopped around as if we where going to steal... Very unpleasant feeling, only completed the purchase because I daughter really wanted the outfit.

I definitely recommend visiting this store for the purchase, repair, or research of Apple products. This store is a bit crazy though... they seem to be almost always packed with people, so it's hard to navigate your way around or get your hands on a display device, & it's usually very loud. However, there are ton's of very knowledgeable employees so getting help doesn't take as long as you might think. Also, you can make an appointment online so it's easier to walk in & get help right away. I've brought computers in to the Genius Bar & the employees are always very helpful & very patient. Most people know that Apple products are some of the highest quality devices you can buy, but they are also very expensive. While I have switched to an Android phone & also use a Chromebook, I still appreciate the Apple products.
