I am an experienced car buyer and stopped by Friday to look at a used car without having done much homework on this particular example. Freddy helped me out. He was great. Very forthcoming, easy to interact with, and open about the car. It turns out this is not the deal for me. I appreciate his attitude, willingness to talk, and openness. Nothing felt rushed nor was there any pressure. I would not hesitate to stop by again if anything peaks my interest.

Every other dealer I have visited before made me feel like I wasn’t welcome.But Kia of east Hartford is a hole different ball park they treat their customers like they are always welcome,making us coming back for what ever we need service to our Veihcles or buying a new car.Jeff at the service department went that extra mile for me kept me posted every step of the way!!! Upon arrival to drop of the loaner he even kept my engine nice and warm! Even had my steering and my seat warmers going for me.It doesn’t get any better then that! Every one at the service department shows experience of good customer service.

We bought a used Honda CR-V from Kia of East Hartford. Unfortunately the day after we bought it, the check engine light came on. I called and spoke with Danny, one of the managers, and he said to bring it in the next day. I brought the car in and LOVED our experience with the service department. They were wonderful and accommodating, going above and beyond what we expected. They fixed the problem at no charge to us and gave us a loaner car to use while they fixed it. We appreciate you guys!

Ryan didn't try to up-sell us at all. It was the most easy-going vehicle related transactions I've ever had. At not one point did I feel like there was information being withheld from us or that we were being pitched a car. After a really bad car buying experience somewhere else, I've become really cynical about the whole process but working with Ryan felt really easy. He took us for a really long test drive which was well thought out to show us the capabilities of the car in different scenarios.

Over all this dealership was average but the service department really saved it. The service department and service manager Joe were absolutely exceptional. Great service and goes above and beyond to service the customer. I bought from them used and went back and forth for many repairs but he was always very accommodating as well as informative. If you come here and want to get things done ask for Joe. You will not be disappointed
