Recently bought my second vehicle from this dealership. Dustin was great! he made sure the vehicle had everything we needed when going over my options. Vehicle was super shinny when I picked it up which was lovely. The process was very easy which was perfect as my schedule is pretty hectic all the time. Will definitely get my next vehicle from Dustin. Overall great experience.

this place is the place to go if you want to feel GREAT about buying a new car! my personal helper was Devin Booth & i say personal helper because he was GREAT, WONDERFUL & so helpful beyond what i needed in my car buying experience. he told me exactly what i needed to know & more, he not only is helpful with the car buying experience but he relates on a personal level with you so you don’t feel hassled like any other car buying dealers. i highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to GENGRAS! try making an appointment ahead of time with DEVIN BOOTH or go to any of the other associates they all are there to help you in anything you need help with even if you’re just trying to look they don’t hassle you in any way! this is the place to be when getting into a vehicle.

My experience with Gengras JEEP has been excellent.  I loved working with Ally (Sales), Blake, Matt (Financing) and Matt (Manager).  Their no haggle pricing is great.  I shopped around, so I know I got the best possible deal and a super low interest rate.  They even gave me an awesome trade on my old 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor!
The folks at the dealership continue to be very helpful.  Ally recently picked up merchandise I ordered just before the shop closed so I could get it from her during her late evening shift.   
I am absolutely thrilled with my vehicle and the relationships I've built with the folks at Gengras.  I'd recommend them to my closest family members, co-workers and friends.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new Grand Cherokee through Gengras. Allie helped with the purchase and went above and beyond in not only finding my dream car but making sure that I got it.  She was super friendly and was not pushy like other dealerships I’ve been to, but listened and made the process very enjoyable. The facility itself was super clean and professional while feeling welcoming. I definitely recommend people to check out Gengras if they’re looking for their next vehicle.

My husband and I were looking for a winter vehicle for me to drive this winter as my car was pretty bad in the snow.  We went to several dealers and did not find anything until we went to Gengras.  Devin Booth sold us a beautiful used vehicle.  His sincere and helpful advice was very much appreciated.  He was straight to the point and did not waste any of our time.  We loved the fact that they have a price set on their vehicles and there is no back and forth with offers and counteroffers.  By doing it this way, we knew ahead of time what we could afford and could go in there and look at those vehicles that were in our price range.  Devin was very patient with my husband who wanted to go over the car with a fine tooth comb.  Seeing we went to the dealership after work and pretty close to their closing time, Devin didn't make us feel rushed and told us to take whatever time we needed to check the vehicle out.  We made Devin work late, but he was very gracious and made us feel very comfortable.  I would highly recommend going to Gengras in East Hartford for your next new or used car!  Ask for Devin; you won't be sorry!  Thank you again Devin for all your kind help and guidance!  Suzanne & Chet
