Hoffman Ford has stepped up time and time again with great follow through and superb service.  Though we are also a Monaco Ford family, we found our newest vehicle at Hoffman Ford and couldn't be happier.  Our service reminders are helpful and the service day is flawless from the drop-off to the pickup.  We had a unique pseudo-warranty issue wherein Hoffman Ford advocated for us to Ford Motor Corp which provided a solution that was fair and honest.

This was my first visit to Hoffman and I was very pleased.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Seth was the gentleman who walked me through the process. He was professional and thorough. My oil change was done quickly and I was in and out in no time. 

The facility was very neat and clean. The customer lounge was tidy and well stocked.

I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here!

This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I’m 40 years old and have purchased numerous cars from different dealers but Hoffman Ford is full of crooked businessman and liars. I sat with the salesman who initially told me that they had set the price “competitively” so there wasn’t much room for negotiation. They played the sales game of running back and forth to the manager a dozen times with my offer and their counter offer. When it came down to a point where I needed time for consideration, they played the next game where the manager calls the salesman and tells him that I need to decide because “they have another appointment to show the truck”. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, the salesman didn’t make any calls to cancel the “appointment” and nobody else showed up for an appointment. It was simply high pressure sales. The vehicle had body damage that they agreed, IN WRITING on the purchase order, to fix. I called several times over the next few weeks inquiring about the progress of the repairs and no one ever called me back. A MONTH after I had put down my deposit, I finally spoke to the salesman and made an appointment to pick up the truck. I dragged my family there on a Friday night only to find out that the repairs had not been completed. They had the vehicle for a month and only did half of what they had agreed. Then, they tried to tell me that because they had invested too much money into the vehicle already, they were not going to complete the repairs that they had previously agreed to. It ended up with my wife and I in an argument with the salesman and the manager in the middle of the showroom. After an hour of back and forth, they finally realized that we were not going to back down and that they would have to complete the work that they had agreed to. I brought the vehicle back a week later so that they could complete their work and they kept it for another week. I owned the vehicle for six weeks and Hoffman Ford had it for five of those six weeks. The salesman was nice enough to drive the vehicle half way to me so I wouldn’t have to go all the way there, however after he left I noticed that there was a problem with the back up sensor that was not a problem when I had left the truck with them. It was clearly indicated on the dash board and the message had been displayed the entire ride however the salesman didn’t acknowledge it and once again, left me with a problematic vehicle. I decided to cut my losses and have the problem fixed elsewhere so that I no longer had to deal with the liars and cheats at Hoffman Ford. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this horrible dealership!!! If I could leave less than one star I would. 

UPDATE- 12/20/17 I’ve driven the truck for about a week now and I have a check engine light. Didn’t think it was possible for this situation to get any worse but thanks to Hoffman Ford it’s spiraling downward. Can’t wait to find out what they neglected to repair or neglected to tell me.

I just want to take the time to thank Charles Hartley for his exceptional customer service in selling both myself and my mother a new car. Being that it was my first time and I was very nervous about such a purchase he explained everything in a way I could easily understand it. He’s very friendly and kind as well as patient. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

From buying a new vehicle to having your vehicle repaired, this is the place to go.  My wife and I bought a new Ford Edge with Wes LaValley’s help and were so happy with our experience we came in a week later to buy my new work van.  The sales team here at Hoffman were excellent.  No pressure and helpful with selecting the best vehicle for your situation.  The icing on the cake was our first service experience.  Aside from the fact that your first visit is free, our new Edge had what appeared to be an oil leak.  Despite the fact that they were booked solid for the next few weeks, they had my wife come in on the day I scheduled my van for its first service and were able to squeeze her in to take a look.  Turned out to be nothing more than a little residual oil from the oil change they did on her first visit (which again, was Free!).  Seth Booth, one of the service consultants, brought us in and it was like chatting with an old friend.  Their top of the line service department features a “Drive right in” style service garage which was great considering it’s 30 degrees outside!!  Once my wife’s vehicle was ready they pulled it right up the the door from the very cozy waiting area with free sodas and refreshments and she was on her way.  We are very pleased and will continue to get our vehicles service here!  Thanks Hoffman!!!
