Was time to buy a new vehicle and happened to see the variety of pick up trucks online at Gengras.  Worked with Gil Martinez, who was very helpful and showed us multiple trucks to decide from.  We were in bit of time crunch and with the questions he asked, we were able to find a vehicle we really liked and had all the options we wanted in no time all.  We left Gengras and Gil M. with a great new truck and a great “sales” experience.

I Chose Chevy to repair my car after remembering how great it was working with Ruben C when I had a recall repair done a while back. I had a few bumps in the road after the initial repair,but Ruben had me bring my car back in and  understood my concerns . I decided a new car would be best and Sam M. made that process easy. Sam M. found a vehicle for me with more features than  I expected at a price that I was willing to pay.

I bought a 2010 Mini Cooper S from here in July of 2017 and at first the experience was alright. When my dad and I were test driving the car, with a sales person named Sammy, we all instantly noticed a horrible smell. Sammy told us that it was probably because the car was sitting for a little bit or it was due to the owner before us, which we understood. After I bought the car they said it would be ready a few days later. So, a few days pass and I go pick up my car, &  I notice that the smell is still there, but it wasn't as strong as it was before. My dad still noticed the smell and when he checked the filters, which contained three dead mice. A few weeks of having the car, the same sales person calls, named Sammy, and left a voicemail that had said that the previous owners dropped off another spare key they found and how we can go and pick it up. When I called him back, he said he had to check for the key, and he would call me back, but never did. I have tried to reach out numerous times for the key, but I still have never gotten any word back. I think this place is a scam and their car services are awful. I would never recommend buying a car from here or bringing it here for ANY service.

We had been looking for a Chevy Traverse for a while and had some bad experiences with other dealerships. We found a 2014 online through Gengras. From the online chat to meeting with Sam in person, it was a great experience! We ended up purchasing a vehicle the day we went in. Sam was extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted. Tony in finance was great too. He gave us many options and helped us choose the best one for us. When we came in to get ththe car, Sam walked me through every feature in the vehicle and explained everything I needed to know. Tony also reviewed everything with us and we were extremely happy. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car in any price range. We have dealt with a lot of dealerships and this one was top notch.

I had not been in for service in quite some time, and Service Advisor Rubin Chaudry greeted me by my name along with a smile. Rubin provided enough detailed information for me to make an informed decision on some safety service that I was unaware the vehicle was in need of.  I appreciated Rubin's mixture of professional service with a personal touch. I will definitely return for service on my truck.
