Very good car dealer with no pressure sales. There is not that many new cars on a lot to look at right now, you have to order the the car what you like it and wait couple months ,sometime only cople weeks depending on the  model where you order, usually if it's hybrid it's a little bit longer.

I just purchased a Lexus RX 350 F Sport and love it!! TOM RYAN was my sales representative and he was awesome!!! It was the easiest transaction I have ever had. He was able to locate the exact car for me and I had it in 2 weeks fresh off the assembly line.  Tom went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. He’s professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fun to work with.  What more can I say ? Five stars for sure!!!

I just purchased Lexus 250UX and Alex Gallant is incredibly knowledgeable and professional salesperson I ever meet. Pure professionalism, Gary and his team were amazing. Honest, friendly, and helped me in my time of need to get the ford explorer I wanted. Unfortunately, these days used vehicles are so expensive, but Gary made sure the SUV was checked and ready for me. I bought an extended warranty as well and they found the best loan option for me which was amazing. Recently purchased a cpo vehicle and traded in our older one.  Their vehicle was fairly priced and they gave us a very strong offer for our trade.  Everyone we spoke to was very nice, our salesman Steve was terrific.  No high pressure tactics here!  Highly recommended.

Please do NOT buy the Lexus platinum package its a total RIP OFF. They make it seem as if they will fix everything bumper to bumper but they WONT! They only cover things that effect the performance of the car, NO cosmetics once so ever. They didn't provide me a loaner car when my car is the way I work. And the expected day of my cars service was pushed back even more than they said it was.

Purchase All New 2023 RX350 Premium plus AWD ,RX is So Beautifull and Well Built in and out. we dealth with Mr Ben Sales Rep, MikeF and I and Zack V.P They all are very Professional, Honest and Careing and Went Above and Beyond. I’ve been a customer with Lexus for over a decade and have owned 8 different Lexus’s. I normally purchase with Lexus of Warwick, but due to availability I purchased my last car from Hoffman Lexus. Never again will I make that mistake. Once I traded in my 2015 IS250 F Sport they had it sold before they even paid me. Then took a month to get payment two months to get the registration transferred. When I call Tom in sales I get his voicemail. When I call and ask for a supervisor I get voicemail. I recommend buying your next lexus elsewhere… I was so disappointed I’ve reached out to corporate lexus

At Hoffman, they take care of you with fluff  and you feel special. No matter what Lexus you have, mine is 1998 ES300 "you're still a member of the club!" Good work and fair prices. Loved the video of the work done on my car, nice touch fluff. They're courteous and the women in repair services rock! Will definitely bring my car there again. OH: Did I say my "Loaner" was a 2021 RX SUV, 2 moon roofs with all the bells and whistles. Pleasure to drive
