Ordered a fridge from the Vancouver mall location. It was delivered damaged on 2/1. I was told on the phone that if I kept it I would receive a 250 check in the mail in 7 to 10 days. I called today on 2/16 to check on the status of the check. The company had no idea what I was talking about, no notes on my account and now I have been transfered 4 times.... and after being on hold again I was just hung up on. I'm cannot believe that I'm getting the run around from Sears. So I  guess I have to go into the store and return it. Luckily I didn't wait until the end of the month. If you like buying appliances at full price that are damaged, I guess Sears is your store!

DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. 

Not enough employees in store to pull an item for me which I wanted to buy. Ended up coming back later in the day to be told that it was not available anymore so I ordered it online. When it  arrived it came with broken parts. When I went to ask about a replacement the store would not refund it because it was an online purchase with broken parts, the online team requested I take it back to the store who already said they would not take it. 

Literally paid for garbage. Merry Christmas honey you have sears to thank for your Jerry rigged gift.

The online pick-up service was fast, efficient. Staff was friendly. The store was much better stocked and more pride taken than the Lloyd Center store.
