Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The Store Manager Eric is content to allow this place to treat customers poorly and do nothing about it. Was offered a deal by a manager Tino when I came to get the product he decided his previous offer no longer stood and would not honor his promise. In all I made 4 trips to this location to be turned away each time. I made 12 phone calls to the customer service corporate help line and still no resolution. Needless to say this store will never get my business again. This store and its staff have no customer service skills starting at the top. It is no wonder that Sears brand is slowly dying when as a company they don’t value their customers and instead allow them to be treated like dirt. This company should be embarrassed by this store.

Great customer service. Julio is the man. Helped me out with no problem when I needed to get back to Portland in a hurry. Exceptional.

The washer and dryer are great. You know what is not great? Apparently Sears when they mess up your account and make in near impossible to pay your bill. So let me back up a bit. I go in and buy my washer dryer. I pick up the hoses as well. It gets delivered and the guys ask me if I had the hose kit. I respond that this was not mentioned to have. So they kindly installed it even though the papers said they were not supposed to. Isn't that the whole point of delivery when the rep says they install it? It gets worse... So During the process they had to renew the card as it has not been used in a while. So I provide them the new address and information. I am told that the card and information will be sent to me. Guess what? It was sent to an address near 5 years old and the account was using information even older. So I call them asking to resend the card and account information. They thought I was stealing my account. I called 2 times and got this response. They said they were going to look into public records and reach out to authorities to verify me. This never happened and the phone call form a representative also never happened near a month. So I go into the store in person with this issue to get it resolved. The manager and staff stated they couldn't manage anything account level. So they call the center from the store. Again I am told that this sounds like a theft potential. I tell them what store and the names of the ladies in front of me. Heck call in the police if you need them to confirm me. So I leave. Near 3 weeks later now claims calls me which is Citi Bank. I figured this to be a scam as its Sears not Citi Bank. I hang up and call Citi Bank and worked my way to the department, it was true. I give this guy my story and he was astounded saying you can pay the bill regardless if its your account. He managed to get it all cleared up but even he had to go to great lengths tracking down the individuals who misled me. SEARS I tell you this now. Never will I pay you a single dime once this transaction is payed off. You made this such a nightmare that was your fault to begin with hell. NEVER AGAIN will I shop in your store. None of your staff even attempted to resolve this nor tried except a call in to hand me your phone.

Went to Sears to get a replacement Water filter Cartridge for my 14 year old Fridge. I was unable to locate as the part was outdated. Sears Associate Sebastian was diligent and was able to locate the replacement part. He was very helpful. Sears had it in stock. I also recall paying Over $75 last tme it was les than $56 this time.
